Through extensive research, I have compiled a tea made from 8 of the most healing ingredients I’ve found. Below you will find information on these incredibly beneficial ingredients and what they are known to heal. Enjoy!
Ingredients: • 2 tbsp ground turmeric • 10 slices ginger • 3 cinnamon sticks • 3 tbsp honey (or more for a sweeter tea) • 3 green tea bags • 1/2 lemon, sliced • 3 dandelion root tea bags • 1 tbps apple cider vinegar, with the mother • 8 cups water
Instructions: Combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, green tea, lemon, dandelion root tea, acv and water in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat and let chill. Serve over ice.
