Ingredients:

     • 3 cinnamon sticks
     • 3 tbsp honey (or more for a sweeter tea)
     • 3 green tea bags
     • 1/2 lemon, sliced
     • 3 dandelion root tea bags
     • 1 tbps apple cider vinegar, with the mother
     • 8 cups water

Instructions:
     Combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, green tea, lemon, dandelion root tea, acv and water in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat and let chill. Serve over ice.
